If you wish to cancel your order, please note that we can only assist if the order has not yet been packed for delivery, which typically occurs 4-12 hours [excluding weekends and holidays] after you place your order. To cancel, use the automated WhatsApp message by clicking the cancellation button or call customer service. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible through us, but you can refuse to accept the delivery, and we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Our customer support team is dedicated to ensuring you have the best experience possible. You can be confident that we are doing everything we can to process your refunds quickly. Currently, it takes between 12 to 15 days to process a refund request.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will investigate with our delivery agents within 3 days of receiving your complaint and will work to provide a swift resolution.
When submitting your complaint, be sure to include the following images: the shipping label, MRP label, barcode, and a short video of the box and its contents. You can find all these details on the box or packaging.

Please ensure that all products are packed in their original packaging before returning them. Make sure to remove all personal belongings from the product, as we cannot guarantee their safety during transit to the warehouse due to the involvement of third-party vendors.
